Weekend in Pueblo

Last weekend we went to Pueblo for Cathy and Daniel's little boy Connor's birthday. He turned a BIG "2" years old. They had a big cookout for his party and we had a great time. I would post pictures but his aunt Tammy has some on her blog so I figured I wouldn't. We had a great time. Later that night the Lewis', Cathy and Daniel, and us all did a little Karaoke. Needless to say that was Hilarious!!! We stayed the night with the Wantuloks and had a big breakfast the next morning and then later that afternoon we all loaded up and went to theLewis house. We ended up having another cookout and just hanging out for the rest of the afternoon and into theevening.Great times!! It has been so HOT here unlike last year. So pregnancy and heat are not a good combo especially at 8 months. Thats right folks, Just about 7 weeks left, give or take a little. Are you all jumping with joy with me. I better stop jumping or it just might be sooner than I think. hehe! I am hoping the weeks will just fly by. I am ready to have this baby! Sleepless and painful nights well most of you know all about that. No need to explain. The kids are getting excited too. Isaac cant wait to hold the baby. He talks to my stomach and tells the baby to hurry and come see him. The other day he was doing that and the baby kicked him. Anyways~ I went and had the kids pictures taken yesterday, I thought it was about time since the last time Aleah was 2 months old, yes you heard me right 2 months old. Shameful I know. The pictures were great. Here are a few pictures I took of the kids a couple days ago. Look at this brother-sisterly love.

We went to a car show a couple of weekends ago because we new Isaac would like it. This is a picture of him with his favorite car. He likes it so much because it is OU colors. He wants it and to paint OU on the side. Aleah was not a fan of the car show and was to cranky to let me take her picture.

Day at the Zoo!!!

On Saturday, around 1pm the Lewis clan, the Wantulok's, and us all went to Burger King for lunch and then headed to the Zoo. We got to the Zoo around 2pm. We saw lots of great animals and had lots of fun together. The sky was kind of overcast so it wasnt to bad as far as the heat goes. It was a lot of fun except for the being 7 1/2 months pregnant walking up the mountain. The Zoo is built on the side of the mountain for those of you who didnt know that. Cathy is just about 5 or 6 weeks behind me in her pregnancy and I think we both decided if either of these babies decide they dont want to come then we know the place to go. The kids had a blast and completely wore themselves out. We all left the zoo around 6pm. The Lewis' headed back to Pueblo, and the Wantuloks and us headed back to our house. Cathy and Daniel decided to stay over another night. So, when we got home all if us crashed for a short time and then decided to order Papa Murphy's Pizza. We all just hung out and I think went to bed around 1am. They headed back to Pueblo when we left for church so they could attend their church. We had a great service. That concludes our fabulous weekend with friends.

July 4th Weekend!

We had a busy but great 4th. On Friday, Daniel, Cathy, and Conner came up around noonish and we met at Chick-fil-A for lunch. We then headed back to the house to put away a few things and then met the Lewis clan and Chris and Haley and their kids at Memorial Park. We all just sat around talking, the kids ran around playing and the guys played some football. Even Michele and Haley played a little football.
Around 7pm we all went to Sis. Karen's. She had prepared some desserts for all of us. Yummy is the word. That lady is amazing. We stayed there visiting until 9ish and then back to the park we went to watch the fireworks. The fireworks were great and ended around 10:30pm. We then all headed back to my house and had all kinds of food,(little smokies, sausage balls, chips and cheese dip, chick-fil-a chicken nuggets, Punch:thanks Becki for the recipe it was a hit.)
We put the kids to bed and the adults sat around talking, of course us pregnant women didnt make it but until around 1am then we were out. The others slowly drifted off throughout the night. Even a couple of them(Dustin and Daniel) was up until 5am. Crazy!!! We all had a great time. The next morning we all got up and had cereal and cinnamon rolls for breakfast, then Chris and Haley had to leave and head back to Denver and the rest of us found something fun to do with the rest of the day but that is another post and pictures maybe tomorrow......

There is a slide show of pictures of the 4th below.....
